Language partners
The Institute promotes the teaching of the German language (DaF) and enjoys the official recognition as “Institut mit Pruefungsberechtigung (ImP), or Institute licensed for creditation by the Goethe-Institute, Muenchen. In the framework of the PASCH-Projekt “Schools, partners for the future”, our Institute is the capacitation center for Bolivia. Traditionally, the promotion of the German language is our indispensable activity. Thus we also support the language department of the local University San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca, and the colleges Pestalozzi, Alexander von Humboldt and Cardenal Maurer in Sucre in its efforts to strenghen DaF-activities. Furthermore we have been assisting to realize the student interchange between Sucre and Germany for more than a decade.
Our Spanish-Language-Programme is directed to foreign visitors and experts of international cooperation. In addition to that, we offer classes of Quechua to groups and individuals, and also of the Portuguese and Italian language on demand.
