Eco museum
The ecomuseum is a centre for information, communication and interaction which focuses its work on environmental education and the trainig of skills concerning ecological questions. It exists already for more than 10 years and frequently arranges the following activities:
- guided tours through the ecomuseum
- courses and workshops
- exhibitions
- conferences
- movie screening
- tutoring
- publicity campaigns
- competitions
- recycling workshops
- ecological hikes
A hall for conferences, courses and meetings is available for the ecomuseum as well as a separated infrastructure where a permanent ecological exhibition but also the small eco-library and the counters for practical work are located.
The permanent exhibition, which has an interactive and dynamic character, offers information concerning rubbish and wast management, water, climate change, energy, biodiversity in Bolivia, sustainable development, applied ecology, desertification, erosion, environmental pollution and destruction, etc.
All of you are welcome to visit us, to form your ecological opinion and to become part of the ecomuseum project. We are not a closed circle, but rather an open association of people who would like to encourage and to enable the participation and the commitment of everyone.
